Berliner Weisse raspberry mojito

  • 12 oz. of Berliner Sonne
  • 2 tbsp. of Le BockAle raspberry cocktail syrup
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz. of dark rum (optional)

In a shaker, add the mint leaves, lime juice, raspberry syrup and rum (optional). If you do not use rum, add 1 oz. of Berliner to the shaker. Use a pestle to gently press the ingredients to bring out the mint aromas.

Add ice and mix. Pour into a glass of ice and add the Berliner Sonne.

Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh raspberries.
