Bloody IPA Micheladas
- 12 oz. of Découverte, alcohol-free IPA
- 6 oz. of Clamato juice
- ½ oz. of lime juice
- hot sauce to taste
- salt and pepper
- Beef jerky beef or other dried meat, quantity to taste
- Some pickled hot peppers if you like it spicy!
- Spice mix (cracked pepper, paprika, fleur de sel)
Coat the rim of a glass with the spice mixture. Fill the glass with ice and add the lime juice and hot sauce. Mix gently with a spoon.
Add the beer and Clamato juice. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with a slice of beef jerky and marinated hot pepper.
