Bloody IPA Micheladas

  • 12 oz. of Découverte, alcohol-free IPA
  • 6 oz. of Clamato juice
  • ½ oz. of lime juice
  • hot sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • ice
  • Beef jerky beef or other dried meat, quantity to taste
  • Some pickled hot peppers if you like it spicy!
  • Spice mix (cracked pepper, paprika, fleur de sel)

Coat the rim of a glass with the spice mixture. Fill the glass with ice and add the lime juice and hot sauce. Mix gently with a spoon.

Add the beer and Clamato juice. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with a slice of beef jerky and marinated hot pepper.
