A holiday version of the alcoholic coffee drink, the Le BockAle way!
- ½ oz. of Le BockAle cherry syrup
- 1 ½ oz. of cold espresso or cold brew coffee (optional)
- one can (473 ml) of Trou Noir stout
- whipped cream (optional)
- ground cinnamon or cocoa powder, for garnish (optional)
In a coffee cup, add the cherry syrup, cold espresso and then the beer. Leave a little room so you can top it with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or ground cinnamon.
Note: For a real treat, add an ounce of whiskey!
