Découverte IPA Beergarita

  • 12 oz. of Découverte IPA
  • simple syrup to taste
  • 5 oz. of fresh lime juice
  • 5 oz. of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 jalapeño
  • salt
  • 2 oz. of tequila (optional)

Cut the jalapeño into very thin slices. Be sure to remove the lighter flesh and the seeds.

Coat the rim of a glass with salt and pour in the Découverte IPA.

In a shaker, add the ice, jalapeño slices, simple syrup, lime and lemon juice and tequila (optional). Mix well and pour into the glass.

Garnish with a thin slice of lime and jalapeño.
