- ½ oz. of lime juice
- ½ oz. of Le BockAle raspberry syrup
- 4-5 raspberries and some raspberries for garnish at the end
- one can (473 ml) of Idyllique
Put 4-5 raspberries, the syrup and the lime juice in a shaker. Using a cocktail pestle, add the ice and shake vigorously to chill and mix the ingredients.
Prepare a highball glass with ice and filter your mixture. Fill with Idyllique, garnish with raspberries, and voilà!
Note : The syrup and lime juice base gently blends with the beer to create the “sunrise” effect.
