Melon Weisse

  • ¾ oz. of lemon juice
  • ½ oz. of Le BockAle melon syrup
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 5 cubes of watermelon
  • one can (473 ml) of Berliner Sonne
  • ice

In a shaker, put the mint leaves, 4 cubes of watermelon, the Le BockAle melon syrup and the lemon juice. Crush with a cocktail pestle. Add some ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds to chill the ingredients.

Pour your mixture into a highball glass full of ice, filtering it with a cocktail strainer. Add the Berliner Sonne beer to fill the glass and garnish with a bouquet of mint and a piece of watermelon.


Note : For a version with alcohol, you can add 1 ½ oz. of Tromba tequila or your favourite white spirit.
